Get to Know Me

Every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported—especially during life’s most challenging moments. As a mental health clinician serving adolescents (13 and up), adults and seniors, my goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating a difficult life transition, I bring empathy, presence, and respect to every session, honoring your goals and your journey.

I am committed to offering an integrative and culturally sensitive approach. I combine evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR),  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),  and mindfulness-based strategies with a deep commitment to understanding your unique cultural identity, personal values, and lived experiences. Healing is not one-size-fits-all—and our work together will reflect that.

You don’t have to face it all alone. My role is to walk beside you, help you make sense of what you're going through, and support you in building the resilience, clarity, and connection needed for meaningful growth and emotional well-being. Together, we can move toward greater self-awareness and inner peace—on your terms, and in your time.
