I provide a warm, safe, and nurturing space. It is a privilege to walk with you through your journey to overcome challenges and achieve goals. Creating a trusting therapeutic relationship is essential for me as a licensed clinical social worker. I focus on helping adults, adolescents, and families manage depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and enhance communication to maintain a positive outlook on life. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, and use other approaches such as Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused therapies. I have provided support to families for over 20 years and have a passion for helping individuals lead happy and fulfilling lives and enhance communication in relationships. I strongly believe in the person in environment perspective and the benefit of increasing a person's connections. I hope that I can support you through the difficulties that life can bring and help you succeed in your goals to create the healing that you envision.
